Introduction

My mission here on Wikipedia is to provide a deeper insight into Bengali History. I often edit pages regarding the history of Bengal here, on Wikipedia as they often appear to be very barebone and lack content. This, amongst other things is something I am actively trying to change. Bengali history is often overlooked and overshadowed by quote on quote "Indian History" even though it encompasses many different separate and unique identities, regions and cultures. It is usually misrepresented and most people aren't aware of much beyond the modern state of Bangladesh and how they fought Pakistan in the Bangladesh Liberation War of 1971.
