- Figure out what the difference is between a Wikipedia entry and a Wiktionary entry.
- Publish article on the validity of claims that any single pepper is the World's Hottest Pepper.
- Fix blatant errors which can currently be found in the Wikipedia database in reference to hot peppers, capsaicin -- Currently working on Chipotle.
- Add articles on the Notables of Note in the Hot Pepper industry
Interests of Note
[edit]- Adding references and photos of as many genus of peppers as I can.
- Correcting the mistaken references that suggest that the cultivar "tabasco" doesn't exist and the ones that suggest that "hot sauces" are all made with cayennes and vinegar.
- Bringing up to date the information in the db on the hot pepper industry and the uses for capsaicin.
