Coastal Boot Co (also known as Coastal Boot) is an American company that produces, distributes, and retails men's workboots, western, military, and motorcycle boots, headquartered in Pompano Beach, Florida, USA. The company was formed in 1992 as Coastal Boot Co Incorporated by Bruce Potner and Joel Bondar. The business relationship between Bruce and Joel grew, and later decided to expand Coastal Boot in 1994, year in which the company obtained an exclusive licensee contract with Snap-On. The company is currently based in Pompano Beach, Florida USA.

Coastal Boot distributes and retails work boots and over the years has received exclusive contracts with major US-based work footwear manufacturers, including Snap-On. Today, the company carries more than 22 well-known brands including but not limited to Thorogood, Rocky, Chippewa Boots, Rockport and Double H Boots. In the United States, Coastal Boot is known for its exclusive line of Snap-On work boots it introduced in 1994, which eventually led to recognition from other work shoe brands and consequently partnerships with other US-based and international work boot manufacturers were signed.
