The institut d'administration des entreprises (also know IAE de Saint Etienne) is a public business school, part of the Jean Monnet University[1] in France.
Présentation
[edit]The teaching team is composed 65 permanents members, members of research laboratory in economics and management. This team is completed by 150 professionnals [2]who bring there field experience to students. The IAE offers a unique bachelor degree, the "Licence de l'IAE" and 16 masters degree[3].
Training
[edit]Bachelor degree
[edit]The "Licence IAE" is a bachelor degree last 3 years. The first and the second years offer progressive specialization. In thid year, students must choose between 4 lessons that will prepare him to the master degree. The 4 lessons available are[4]:
- Accounting
- Economics
- Finance
- Mangement
Masters degrees
[edit]The business school offers 4 masters degrees[5]:
- Economics
- Finance (included accounting)
- Management
- Communication
Admission
[edit]For a bachelor admission there are two possibilities[6]:
- Parcoursup: if you are enrolled a French school or a school in a EU Member state (included Norway, Iceland and Switzerland).
- Campus France: if your are not from EU Member state.
For the master the admission procedure varies according to the course.
You must have an attestation certifying at least a European level B2 in French language[7].
Study framework
[edit]The IAE is 2 rue de la tréfilerie in Saint Etienne. It is served by T1 and T3 lines of the city's light rail network[8]. The IAE also has an antenna in Roanne.
