Kanjoor Sree Durgadevi temple is a Devi temple in Cheppad, Haripad, Alappuzha, Kerala.[2]The temple has Godess Durga as principal deity, facing the east[3].

This is one of the most famous shrines dedicated to Goddess Durga in Kerala.[4]

Festival

The main festival(uthsavam) here is in the month of December. It last for ten days.Festival is conducted by Kizhakke kara & Padinjare kara. The other important occasion is "Navaham". It last for nine days."Annadanam" is the main ceremony during these nine days.

Kolam Varavu Vazhipadu

Kolam Varavu Vazhipadu is a famous offering conduced here every year during festival season. According to temple mythology, those who offer kolam vazhipadu will get abundant prosperity. Mainly Kolam Varavu offerings will come from nearby areas of temple susch as Cheppad, Chingoli, Pallippad, Nangiarkulangara & Haripad[5]

The temple is located only 5km away from Haripad Town.Nearest Bus Staion is Haripad.Nearest railway stations are Cheppad and Haripad.[6]
