RSOGTFO stands for "reliable sources or get the fuck out". It means that text which is not based on reliable sources has no place in Wikipedia articles, and if editors are unwilling to provide reliable sources they should stop wasting everyone's time. Because that's quite irritating as well as disruptive. And against Wikipedia policies.
