Vyopta Incorporated is a privately held company and developer of business intelligence and process automation applications for video and unified collaboration. Vyopta’s solutions focus on leveraging a SaaS platform and software to help organizations extract more benefit from its video investments, such as improved educator and student performance, enhanced customer satisfaction and retention, and increased sales and cost savings.

Vyopta's SaaS and software solutions are architected to be manufacturer agnostic. The solutions currently support Cisco, Polycom and Vidyo hardware with a product roadmap to support additional systems.

History[edit]

Vyopta was founded by Alfredo Ramirez, Rick Leung and Andrew Chen and grew from the founders' realization that video would become a pervasive medium for communication. The founders spend a couple of years learning about the video and unified communications space, listening to what customers wanted from their investments. Initially, Vyopta created custom solutions for key clients, but the solutions evolved into off the shelf software components and then into the current SaaS applications.

These applications are developed in close coordination with its OEM partners through software development programs. Vyopta is a Cisco Preferred Solution Developer, a Polycom ____________, and a Vidyo _____________.
