Childhood

Born in Wolverhampton (3rd September 1975) Andrew Tony Webb spent the first years of his life on the Low Hill Estate of Wolverhampton attending Old Fallings Primary School, a few years after his parents split, Andrew moved to Coseley where he attended Mount Pleasant Primary School, which closed and the pupils moved to a brand new Hurst Hill Primary School before attending The Coseley Secondary School. Andrew or Webby as he was better known was one of many of the schools class clowns, or immature idiots. He began work at around 11 years old as a Paperboy around the Coseley area before wot Roseville Fruit Market.

Career

Webby had always wanted to be a bus or lorry driver from an early age. After leaving school Andrew continued working at the Fruit shop before leaving to work for a company in Lower Gornal named BA Fabrications which was co owned by his Mother and Step Father. The company went bump but soon after Andy left for a driving job at Starr Roadways in Bilston. Soon after passing his test at the age of 17 Starr Roadways in Bilston offered him a job driving a pick up and different 7.5tonne lorries. Andy did not even own his own car at this point, but he had previously driven his step fathers car up until his 18th Birthday when he wrote it off in a serious collision in Coseley. The driving job was a dream job for Andy enjoying the different challenges and loads the general haulage firm offered, here he gained the nickname "Shaggy" because of beard similarities to the character from the TV Show Scooby Doo. Andy soon left the job when he was offered a job and Robinson and Ardern in Birmingham. He left the driving when offered £5.00 per hour to work in a factory in Erdington (That was more than double what he was earning as a driver in those days and was good money for a young single man who lived with his parents with the world at his feet). He stayed at this company for approximately 4 years before getting offered a job at Simply Screens in Wombourne. He left as the journey was a lot shorter and that M6 was a nightmare of a commute. Simply Screens was a great job and home to Andy for around 12 years where he also made some great friends. The company moved to Bilston and eventually ended abruptly where for the first time after redundancy Andy was out of work for approximately 2 weeks before finding driving work at an agency. Various driving work including DHL and George Hill. An old friend from school and Starr Roadways reached out and got him a job at James Lathams in Dudley, a National Timber Merchants. Andy was back in a full time driving job driving a brand new 7.5tonne lorry, from 2010 to 2017, when they got rid of the lorry and offered Andy his Class 2, he declined and moved back to agency work. This was short lived as another school friend offered him a job at a tip in Tipton. He worked here for nearly 12 Months before leaving to work with his Brother at a plastics company in Wednesbury, this only lasted 12 Months as Andy did not like working shifts and went back in 2019 to AB waste.

Personal Life

Andy lived with his various parents up until probably well longer than most, eventually buying his first home in Tipton with a former partner, after they split he moved back in with his parents before shortly moving back to his Tipton home alone. Once the house was sold he met Lisa via a step aunt, after many years of what I think they call courting the couple had two children, and got married in Darlaston where they now live.
