As of August 17 2022, Jack has 949 million views combined in all of his channels. He also collaborated with TommyInnit and MrBeast.

Welsh created his first channel, SamSmellsOfApricots, on September 27, 2008[1], After that channel he created the JackSucksAtLife, on March 10, 2013[2]. He uploaded his first video on April 5, 2013.[3]
