Ashley Lauren Fisher (born February 23, 1975) is an American restaurateur, activist, and former actress and fashion model from Montville, New Jersey.

She studied classical ballet with The New Jersey Ballet and classical piano with a Juilliard master pianist.[citation needed] She began performing piano in Steinway Hall, New York and with the ballet at venues including the Paper Mill Playhouse in New Jersey. While modeling with agencies in the New York City circuit, she began auditioning regularly and started dancing on MTV’S Club MTV and The Grind. At 21 Fisher partnered with a real-estate mogul and attorney and opened a Italian Cuisine restaurant, Pazzo Pazzo, in Morristown, New Jersey.
Fisher created and developed Pazzo's menu with friend, cookbook author Giuliano Hazan.
