Richard Pope was a circuit rider in the Methodist Church of Great Britain.

In 1820, he was assigned to the Fort Wellington circuit.[1] Membership in the church there decreased from 140 to 125 that year.[2] In 1821, he was assigned to the Three Rivers circuit.[3]
