Kagura Nana (かぐらなな) is a female Japanese Virtual YouTuber, illustrator and singer. She is affiliated with Hololive Production as the Illustrator of Nakiri Ayame of Hololive 2nd Generation, and Spade Echo of Hololive China 1st Generation. She is also credited as an Illustrator for various Hololive Production music videos and covers.
History

[edit]As an illustrator her Twitter account (@nana_kagura)was created on October 2015. Her YouTube channel (カグラナナchannel)was created on 28 October 2018. Her first video was a cover of the song "Torinoko shiti" on 6 February 2019 where her character design is already in use, however the first video where her 2D model is used is in the cover of the song "Ochame Kinou" on 20 April.
2019
[edit]On 3 August, she debuted her 3D model during a cover of the song "Onegai dārin".
On 22 August, she made her first stream on YouTube, in a collaboration with Inuyama Tamaki who was created by Norio Tsukudani.
On 5 December, she debuted her first original song: "Adastra".
2020
[edit]On 18 July, she announced that on her Twitter account that she would get a new costume for her 3D model named "Artist form".
On 21 July, she debuted her second 3D costume during a stream, in this costume she wears a white dress with a black coat that can be removed.
On 15 August, she debuted her second original song: "Kagero".
Trivia
[edit]- She is the character designer for Nakiri Ayame and Spade Echo of hololive, and Fuyumori Shizuku of Idori Entertainment Post. She has also illustrated for multiple hololive covers and music videos.
- She has an impressive stamina, capable of dancing and performing martial arts in a single stream.
- She has the same birthday as hololive's Usada Pekora.
- In the special live of bilibili's 100,000 fans achievement on April 27, 2019, she reviewed the meme made by fans about herself.Kagura Nanana's model is very detailed and has a lot of expressions compared to other VTubers, so many expression packs have been made. In QQ groups, Tieba and other social networking places, her emoticons are widely circulated.
