Dirk Schulze-Makuch (1961- ) is professor at the Center for Astronomy and Astrophysics at the Technical University of Berlin.
He is best known for his work on extraterrestrial life, having written two books on the topic:
Life in the Universe: Expectations and Constraints (2004) and We Are Not Alone: Why We Have Already Found Extraterrestrial Life (2010).
