History[edit]

General History[edit]

Founded in 1953, this school was a conglomerate of 3 older high schools (Avondale, Vineland, and Pleasant View). It used to be mainly for farmers, as it is located in farmland outside of city limits, but now, it has moved to be more modern. Students were in school during construction for the first 2 years of school. More wings were built onto the school at later dates, including SEBS (2004), the pool and the gymnasium (around 1970), and the most recent addition was for extra security (2016).
