Radwanska recieved a penalty for not playing in Rome. That's why she has a 0 pointer. The 16th best tounrament you mentioned is the one that will be replaced this week. Just take a look at Kerbers or Pliskovas 16th best tournament. They Are also replaced already.

No need to be rude. The common practice for representing point values that wouldn't normally be represented is to write the other tournament in italics and place it in an absent slot. That's how we do it for the ATP Finals. Because otherwise, we're only representing what the tournaments show, and 3365 is the total from everything that's listed, but if we include the others in italics, then everyone can see how 3396 came to be. Of course, you do realize that once they play in the US Open, Beijing, and/or another Premier 5, the point values will just become what they were to begin with.
