Yuen-Ping Leung|YP (born 21 August 1972 in Hong Kong) is a Canadian software consultant. She believes that the truth is revealed only through rigorous inspection, quantifiable and qualifiable observations, and analysis. This is only possible if all information is freely available and has channels for dissemination.

Anyone that uses either their authority as a subject matter expert, or their power in numbers or their power in resources and wealth, to subvert the dissemination and the persistence of truth, is standing in the way of human knowledge and progress.
