Plot

[edit]

To regain her youth, the Queen of Samakhan is looking for a source of eternal youth. As it turns out, to achieve the goal, you need to collect a jar of tears from thousands of beauties and water a magic tree with them. But the queen does not love beauties, and therefore has long worn everyone out in her kingdom. The servant of the queen, the raven, offers to come back to Kiev and marry the prince. The prince, fascinated with the help of photography, goes to the Shamakhani kingdom, taking Julia as his guide.

The prince's grandee, who remained behind the chief, convenes the warriors so that the best warrior in Russia will help him in his reign. But each hero thinks that he is the best. Arguing, the heroes leave, and the prince, meanwhile, arrives in the Samakhan kingdom, where he meets the tsarina. Julius falls in love with her horse. After one conversation with his lover, he finds himself in a tree, where he overhears a raven's conversation. The latter asks the queen that after the wedding she gave him the skin of Julia, and she agrees.

Falling from a tree, Julius, in order to postpone the wedding, explains to the queen that the Russians have "their own customs." According to them, the groom must jump to the window on the top of the highest tower and snatch a handkerchief from the hands of the bride. He tries to convince the prince to leave, saying that the queen had thrown this task at them, but he did not want to stop even here. Before fulfilling his mission, Julius writes a letter to Alyosha Popovich with a request to come to the kingdom and save him. Upon learning of this, Alyosha sits on Moses and goes on a journey, but his conscience torments him. He decides to call the other heroes, and here they are all in the collection.

Reaching the kingdom, the heroes see that the gate is already closed. Having decided to enter in the morning, everyone except Alyosha goes to rest. In the meantime, after the test, as a result of which the prince and Julius find themselves in the thickets of cactus, the prince decides to make an offer to the queen. At this moment Alyosha penetrates the roof through the roof into the palace, where the queen bewitches him and orders him to get rid of the other heroes. After hitting Ilya Muromets and Dobrynya Nikitich with his drin, Alyosha takes them to prison, and then throws them into a pit, after which, on the orders of the queen, he jumps there too. Following Alyosha, Julius also falls into a pit where warriors languish.

Those are taken to beat Julia and each other, not seeing themselves in the dark, and therefore assuming that they are fighting with adversaries. When Alyosha lights a torch, everything is explained. Having destroyed the tower, the heroes rush in pursuit of the queen, but she is already halfway to Kiev. Upon learning of the flight of the warriors, she orders the crow to destroy them. Having created monsters, the crow forces Dobrynia to keep up with the rest.

Having rushed into battle, they find transition signs (which turn out to be traps), and Dobrynya falls into the abyss, arranged by a raven. After that, having changed traffic signs, he sends Alyosha to the swamp. Ilya, together with Borushka, falls into another trap, which was also set up by a raven. Having woken up on some island where the Chinese live, Dobrynya stumbles upon a Chinese ancient temple, where monks who are defenders of the monastery attack it. He defeats them and the abbot, but the Serpent Gorynych comes out to fight with Dobrynya: the fabulous heroes recognize each other, and the battle did not take place.

With the help of the Snake, Dobrynya flies away from China. Meanwhile, Alyosha Popovich gets out of the swamp, where he falls into a hole, and Julia kidnaps a monster. Having found the house of the latter, Alyosha defeats the “normal guy” (as he called him) and saves Moses and Julia, after which he leaves with them. Soon the Snake Gorynych finds them and picks them up. Vasya, the camel Dobrynia Nikitich, and Borushka together help Ilya Muromets to get out of the pit. Gorynych flies by and picks up Ilya.

Realizing that they have overload, they omit Julia and Moses. Meanwhile, the queen and the prince had already arrived in Kiev, where their wedding took place. After that, the queen begins to collect beauties and makes them cry incessantly, showing them pictures of their old age in a magical mirror. The wives of the bogatyrs arrive at the palace and, having disarmed the guards, enter the chambers. But the queen calls the guard, who pounce on the girls. Lyubava removes her niqab from the queen, under which she hides her face. It turns out that the queen is very old and in addition bald. She orders the guard to take Alyonushka, Nastasya Filippovna, Lyubava and Prince to prison, but Tikhon helps them out.

Getting out in the field, Tikhon, the grandmother and the prince, as well as Alyonushka, Nastassya and Lyubava meet with the heroes. To the queen could not bewitch them, looking into their eyes, the bogatyr's wives blindfolded their husbands, while they themselves are trying to control their movements. Here come the monster troops of the queen, and the battle begins. Because of the bandages, the warriors do not see anything and, therefore, beat each other or simply miss, and they are overcome. But, having untied the eyes, the heroes defeat the monsters.

Meanwhile, the jug is filled, and the queen runs away with him. Watering the tree with tears, it begins to absorb ripened fruit. Inspired by this activity, despite the warning, the crow does not have too much, the queen turns into a baby, and the crow carries her to Kiev, directly to the prince. The film ends with a cheerful laugh of a young girl, which is gradually turning into an ominous laugh of the queen.

Opinions of Sergey Selyanov

[edit]
