:No, Wikipedia is not a free resource for you to promote your products, and nobody needs to ask your permission to edit an article. Please read Wikipedia:Ownership of articles, and Wikipedia:Conflict of interest. :Have you read Wikipedia:Ownership of articles yet? As I've already explained, it's not "your" page. You haven't given a reference supporting the figure for the movie budget, so I've left that in place, but if you can't find a reliable source to support that figure, it will need to be removed. Greetings Ruby Murray |

I've noticed you have contributed significantly to the page Kamasutra 3D. (Good job with that!) I just wanted to give you a quick heads up. As I am sure you already know there are a ton of editors to the page with clear connections with the film. The edit history illustrates their numerous attempts towards adding back tons of content and you going through and reverting it because it is more than unnecessary. The users attempting to add back in this information only have edits to Kamasutra 3D. |
|||
Feel free to look over the conversation on my talk page. Just wanted to fill you in on what is going on with this editor. Looks like they are going to try adding more promotional tone in the future. Let me know what you think. Thanks and happy editing! Meatsgains (talk) 16:44, 12 February 2014 (UTC) |

:I've had an almost identical conversation with that editor, posted to the top of my talk page. I've just moved it to date order, so it's now immediately above this one. This may require a bit of education for these new editors who have an obvious COI, but I'm glad that you're already keeping an eye on it. ::The user's message was also posted to the top of my talk page and I had to move it to the bottom. Glad we're on the same page. I don't think they know any better. Meatsgains (talk) 18:10, 12 February 2014 (UTC) |

Welcome to Ruby_Murray's talk page. I will generally respond here to comments that are posted here, rather than replying via your talk page (or the article's talk page, if you are writing to me here about an article), so you may want to watch this page until you are responded to, or let me know where specifically you'd prefer the reply. |

Please see discussion under User talk:Noteswork#Sjoerd Vollebregt. Therfor I have removed the new tag.— Preceding unsigned comment added by NED33 (talk • contribs)

JS Group
The page of JG Group is full of personal attacks. land Grabbing Case was against owner, not its group. so it must not be shared at JS Group page. Allegations of Sunday leader was fake as no reports of SECP are found or lodged. Finally, Sprint Energy is not owned by JS Group, it has shares in it. Bonus to Ali siddiqui is nothing to do with company operations. So kindly tell me how these information can be removed from page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Creative factor (talk • contribs) 09:57, 31 January 2014 (UTC)
- I'll answer at the article's talk page, which is a better place to discuss this. Ruby Murray 10:46, 31 January 2014 (UTC)

- Hi Balvenie Street. You can post here if you have a question, I'd be happy to help, or I can point you at lots of other places on Wikipedia where there are volunteers who can help you when I'm not logged in. Ruby Murray 10:21, 4 February 2014 (UTC)

Ruby, I have been engaging in the talk page fruitfully. I am not doing anything wrong. The normal edit process does not involve deleting things until one gets their way. There is no consensus right now. Thus we should all follow BRD, which does not call for deleting. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mg3942 (talk • contribs) 23:53, 6 February 2014 (UTC)
- As noted already at the article's talk page, you boldly added, and your addition was reverted by more than one editor. BRD therefore means that you need to get consensus at the talk page before re-adding the contentious material. I'm also concerned that you appear to have been doing much of the edit-war reverting while logged out, until the page was semi-protected. I will assume good faith, that you didn't know that this was against policy. Ruby Murray 04:34, 7 February 2014 (UTC)
- Hi @Ruby Murray:, Thank you for your edits and comments on this matter. I'm not sure where to go from here as this editor seems determined that the various contentious edits remain. SPACKlick (talk) 11:06, 7 February 2014 (UTC)
- I've reported the editor for edit warring at WP:ANEW, as he or she is clearly not interested in genuine dialogue at the moment. I hope that will cool things down at that article: the discussion at the talk page is going nowhere. Ruby Murray 11:08, 7 February 2014 (UTC)

A user called Urs.knecht seems to be attempting something of a whitewash of Reibnitz, and I noticed you had taken an interest. Urs.knecht has new sources, some of them clear and some obscure, and Reibnitz was not found to be a war criminal, but there is a lack of objectivity in the air and I would appreciate a little help with keeping the page to its sources. Please see Talk:Günther von Reibnitz. Regards, Moonraker (talk) 00:35, 14 February 2014 (UTC)
- Hello Moonraker. I've had a read of the edit history, but have to admit that the historical argument has gone a bit over my head - I'm not a historian. Can I suggest that you tag it for expert attention from WP:WikiProject History and WP:WikiProject Germany? Ruby Murray 19:52, 14 February 2014 (UTC)
Dennis Lewin Wikipedia Page
I see that Dennis Lewin's page is up for consideration to be deleted. Although I am not the originator of his Wikipedia page I do have knowledge of his accomplishments past and present. I have made several requests for links to other articles not mentioned on his current page so it can be a more complete computation of his career.
As for your comment about changing his page from Dennis Lewin to Beau Coup: I'd like to bring to your attention that even though Dennis Lewin was one of the band members he also wrote 99% of their songs including their hits "Sweet Rachel", "Born & Raised on Rock N Roll", and "Somewhere out in the Night". Dennis is the only member of Beau Coup that is still writing music and contributing to the music community in Cleveland, Ohio.
His current accomplishments and notoriety stem from his radio program "The Dennis Lewin Radio Program". He has become internationally known for this program as it airs in Cleveland, New Hampshire, Indonesia, and formerly on the BBC, and in Houston, Texas.
I will be editing his page with more current information as I become familiar with the editing process on Wikipedia. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mmcard59 (talk • contribs) 06:15, 14 February 2014 (UTC)
- His name isn't mentioned on the Radio Arts Indonesia page, so I haven't seen any evidence of international reputation yet. Have you got any evidence of coverage from reliable sources, to show his notability? Thanks, Ruby Murray 19:52, 14 February 2014 (UTC)
Yes ma'am I can substantiate the presents of Dennis's program in Indonesia. I will be working on his page over the weekend and will do my best to meet Wikipedia's guidelines. Thank you so much! From: Mmcard59 02/14/2014 3:23PM
- Mmcard9, please call me Ruby: I am no ma'am. :-) Can I suggest you have a read of Wikipedia:MUSICBIO, for an idea of what makes musicians notable enough for their own article? Most of what you've noted above is his notability in association with the band, rather than on his own. Thanks, Ruby Murray 18:34, 15 February 2014 (UTC)
Question about images
Hello Ruby, I'm new to Wikipedia and I was wondering where could I get royalty free images to use in my articles. Or how could I know if the image in question is usable or not. Thank you very much. Tomi De Lucca (talk) 16:33, 14 February 2014 (UTC)
- Yes, there's a huge treasure trove of images for use in Wikipedia articles at Wikipedia:Wikimedia Commons. You can search it at https://commons.wikimedia.org/. Happy digging! :-) Ruby Murray 19:52, 14 February 2014 (UTC)
