Request reason:

Received harassment and threats from editors who are mean, aggressive and intimidating.

Decline reason:

You are blocked for making legal threats; you will have to address this issue and retract all such threats if you are to be unblocked. --jpgordon::==( o ) 14:12, 6 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Well, if someone is raping you, then I presume you cannot file a police report because then you will be "blocked from making legal threats". This is Wikipedia Mafia. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 我的愛人 (talkcontribs) 09:25, 7 March 2014‎

(non-admin reply) That's not what WP:No legal threats means. "No legal threats" says that on-wiki disputes should be solved within Wikipedia's dispute-resolution processes, not the legal system. In short (and this is just an on-the-cuff summary - if it conflicts with the policy then the policy governs): If you choose to pursue legal action based on something that happened on-Wiki which is not a legitimate legal problem (e.g. "A polite report of a legal problem such as defamation or copyright infringement"), then from the time the legal action commences or the time you announce any intent of possible future legal action until the legal action is completed or dismissed and/or all statements of intent to possibly file future legal action are withdrawn, you cannot edit. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 18:21, 7 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
And by the way, what does your username mean? I ran it through Google Translate and got nothing in Chinese, but the wonderfully Japlish "We specifically mistress" when I set it to Japanese. I'm wondering if a more exact translation might be something that would otherwise not conform to the username policy. Daniel Case (talk) 18:27, 7 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
