If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Some of my neighbours have been using my IP address to attack Wikipedia and impersonate others while I am offline. I have no involvement in this since I can't create accounts but they can, I didn't know about this until now1.64.130.230 (talk) 01:00, 9 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

This IP is not blocked, so I cannot unblock ... although I must allow that if it was, I would not unblock because we get this "my little brother did it" thing so frequently that, as you can see, we actually have a special link for it. I must neverthless admit, though, that "my neighbors did it" is a spin on that one I had not heard/read before. So a few points for creativity.
