No, I am not engaging a SOCK of the IP address that I do not want to create another account to avoid getting SOCKPUPPETRY when editing during log in and hate getting indef-blocked. I should make another comment at unblock tick request system.

No, you - the person - are blocked from the English Wikipedia. Not just the @ApprenticeFan user account, but you, the person, whether you are logged into an account or logged out using an IP.
