Please do not add nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to the Ghoul (band) page. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. King of Hearts 20:20, 15 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Unsourced additions to journal articles

[edit]

Please stop adding unsourced assertions about circulation numbers and such to journal articles. I have reverted all of them. Apart from being unsourced, I have to say that this info is not very interesting at all... --Crusio (talk) 17:26, 22 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

These changes were made by the marketing staff at the publisher. We have registered this account now for our updates. The circulation figures are cited at http://www.press.jhu.edu/journals/advertising_rates_2011.pdf and we will add the citation upon making further changes. Hello, I'm ZappaOMati. I noticed that you made an edit to a biography of a living person, Dave Dameshek, but that you didn’t support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. Wikipedia has a strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. ZappaOMati 00:56, 31 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Information icon Hello, I'm Rrburke. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —the one you made with this edit to Joe Mande— because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. -- Rrburke (talk) 14:02, 8 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Draft:The 36-Hour Day, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. creffett (talk) 01:38, 22 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
