It is not the editors who are criticized, but the fact of mass vandal removal, on the discussion page of a particular article! You must not accuse others of vandalism without good cause. The editor in question has already explained their reasoning for removing the content; you don't have to agree with their reasoning, but you are not permitted to accuse them of vandalism. When this block expires you will be able to make your case on the article's talk page for reinstating the content, but further unsubstantiated accusations of vandalism on the part of other editors will be met with blocks of increasing duration.
