So would adding a park section or a sentence referring to Shelby Forest Park in conjunction with an image be considered not "decorative?" — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ceptember (talkcontribs) Added header and unsigned template. 174.254.192.213 (talk) 20:57, 7 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, Ceptember. Maybe. Looking through the 3 regions of Tennessee articles, none of them have sections on parks or protected areas. That doesn't mean they can't. Content on Wikipedia is decided by consensus and being bold is encouraged. That means you can try but there are no guarantees. It would be my interpretation of Wikipedia policies guidelines and practices that an addition of referenced sections covering parks and protected areas would be a good addition to all three regional articles. But the particular image in question isn't a good illustration image. It's attractive but doesn't really provide any visual information that would inform anyone of anything. Wikimedia Commons is the repository of images for the WMF (Wikipedia's owner). Their mission differs considerably from English Wikipedia. The presence of an image in Commons doesn't in any way imply its suitability for encyclopedic illustration. 174.254.192.213 (talk) 20:57, 7 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
