@185.246.88.69: Your first edit to Png Eng Huat with edit summary "Not an improvement", see here, you changed hatnote from family name to chinese name (not an improvement), remove political party of successor/predecessor (making the article poorer), remove honorific-prefix (improved the article), remove sourced information of his retirement in lead (making article poorer, in fact a vandalism alert), making an overall net of poor changes which ought to be reverted. Your second edit here, removing hatnote of chinese name (making article poorer).

I reverted your changes which you had not adequately explained and you replied with a single explanation of one of your many changes (which is the only positive out of the many negative changes). @Ashleyyoursmile: is right here that you have not adequately explained your change.
