Information icon Hello. Some of your recent genre changes have conflicted with our neutral point of view and/or verifiability policies. While we invite all users to contribute constructively to Wikipedia, we urge all editors to provide reliable sources for edits made. When others disagree, we recommend you seek consensus for certain edits by discussing the matter on the article's talk page. Thank you. FMSky (talk) 21:08, 29 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Stop icon Do not use multiple IP addresses to disrupt Wikipedia, like you did at Glam metal. Such attempts to avoid detection, circumvent policies or evade blocks or sanctions will not succeed. You are welcome to contribute constructively to Wikipedia, but your recent edits have been reverted or removed. If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Binksternet (talk) 05:49, 14 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you change genres in pages without discussion or sources, as you did at Green Day. Binksternet (talk) 16:04, 28 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Anonymous users from this IP address have been blocked from editing for a period of 1 month for persistently adding unsourced or poorly sourced content. Verifiability is a core Wikipedia policy.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text at the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 02:09, 31 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop. If you continue to use disruptive, inappropriate or hard-to-read formatting, as you did at Dear Diary, My Teen Angst Has a Bodycount, you may be blocked from editing. There is a Wikipedia Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. See WP:STYLEVAR. The comma is fine for list item separation. Information icon Hello, I'm FlightTime. Please refrain from changing genres, as you did to Panama (song) even if you provide a/some source(s), you'll still need to start a discussion on the article talk page to allow editors who regular watch that page a chance to discuss the reliability of the source(s) you provided. One reason is, genre sources can easily be considered an opinion and not fact. Genre's are a touchy subject here on Wikipedia and without discussion/consensus, regardless of your source(s), your addition or removal will most likely be reverted. Your edit has been reverted and archived in the page history for now.

Unsourced genre changes to suit your own point of view are considered disruptive.

Thank you. - FlightTime (open channel) 22:00, 6 February 2024 (UTC) [reply]
