Information icon Hello, I'm 1AmNobody24. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Franklin D'Olier, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! 1AmNobody24 (talk) 06:35, 20 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

1AmNobody24, could you please consider striking your comment above? There are no living or recently-deceased people affected by the IP's edit to Franklin D'Olier, the relationship to Christopher Reeve is sourced elsewhere in the article, the claim is factually correct, and the claim is innocuous. I think you made a mistake here. Clayoquot (talk | contribs) 04:10, 21 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Clayoquot While that's true, i'm not sure if its written right, since it's not a year, but more like 4 months and i don't think it's supposed to be in the lead. Thoughts? 1AmNobody24 (talk) 06:10, 21 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Hi 1AmNobody24. The edit for which you gave a WP:BLP warning wasn't in the lead.[1] Going forward, please do not give users BLP warnings unless the user has actually violated BLP. It can lead to good-faith editors being demoralized or even blocked.
If you'd like to discuss the content of the lead section of Franklin D'Olier, please bring it up at Talk:Franklin D'Olier. This user's talk page isn't the place to have that discussion. Or be bold and improve the article as you see fit. I don't have a strong opinion on the content as long as we don't bite the newbies. Best, Clayoquot (talk | contribs) 21:43, 21 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I already said it was my mistake Clayoquot. No need to write Going forward, please do not give users BLP warnings unless the user has actually violated BLP. Thats literally how warnings work. 1AmNobody24 (talk) 06:32, 22 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
