ADHD article[edit]

I reverted your edits on the article in section ADHD diet as it seems there is no support for a "definite attempt to curb" for example - Sunset Yellow E110/FD&C Yellow #6

I jave added a note on the article talk page. Chaosdruid (talk) 10:42, 11 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, it have. It is banned. Products that are found to contain this products seems to be rewoked from sale. How is this not "definite attempt to curb"? In the EU, they need a warning label but are allowed to sell products containing it. Thus EU have done less to curb it. So the whole sentence is missleading.
The point here is that the available references point to the FDA having it on their list as not banned and available as a food additive. You need to show that the US have taken steps to ban it by showing refs which go against the statement you want to remove. The onus is on the editor removing or adding material to show that sources exist which support what they say. The article says not much and it is backed up by refs. You say they have banned it and so muct show refs which back that up. Chaosdruid (talk) 15:05, 12 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
