Deletions from European migrant crisis article

[edit]

Hi there, I was just wondering if you could expand on why you think we should delete the paragraph about the death of Alan Kurdi from the article European migrant crisis. In general, if one of your edits is reversed it generally suggests it's a controversial one. In this case it's better to discuss on the talk page (which can be found here) why you think the edit should be made, rather than simply reverting again. You mentioned in the edit summary that there's no context for how Alan Kurdi's death moved public opinion in 2015 - but in that case it would be better to add the context (or ask someone to add it on the talk page) than deleting the information entirely. --Tserton (talk) 17:45, 10 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
