Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is ____197.211.53.7___. Place any further information here. I’m using Globacom network provider which is a normal one here in Nigeria. I did not use a proxy or whatever my offense is. If there is a problem then it’s from my network provider. Please unblock me so I can create an account
