Ordinal number

[edit]

Hi.

I am here to oppose about all my edits, added ordinal number, that you revert.

Because all of President of the United States wikipedia page have an ordinal number before their title such as Barack Obama, Donald Trump, and Joe Biden. In addition all Thai wikipedia pages about Prime minister of Thailand and Governor of Bangkok have an ordinal number too.

As you can see.

So I am going to revert all your edits, removed ordinal number (not need), back to my revision.

Regards

Dear MayThe2nd, I don't agree with you because UK Prime Minister such as Boris Johnson. Dominic Raab or London mayor Sadiq Khan have a ordinal number too but they don't need to add in the infobox, Itn't necessary to add in infobox if you want to know about the number of prime minister you can see at List of prime ministers of Thailand. And I want to tell you that Wikipedia english doesn't same with Thai wikipedia pages. So I will revert all your edits to be the old infobox until we have a decision on this. Thank, 2001:FB1:5C:A161:4CB1:9A9A:CF93:680D (talk) 14:58, 5 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
You won't do that anymore, until you have found a consensus. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 15:09, 5 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi

Agree on UK prime minister, but what about POTUS.

Moreover, in this wikipedia page, List of prime ministers of Thailand, have no ordinal number to indicate that which prime minister of Thailand is 1st, 20th, or any number.

If you think adding ordinal number in infobox is not what it need to be you should have more reason or example please.

I still think that adding ordinal number in infobox can help the reader more than not adding it.

Mass edits

[edit]

Hi 2001:FB1:5C:A161:4CB1:9A9A:CF93:680D, please avoid the behavior described by the WP:FAITACCOMPLI page. As you have been made aware of concerns about your mass editing above, please do not do so again without having discussed the matter. The task of finding a good discussion venue to do so is yours; the page WP:Dispute resolution offers some advice. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 09:46, 5 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hi 2001:FB1:5C:A161:4CB1:9A9A:CF93:680D! I noticed that you have reverted to restore your preferred version of an article several times. The impulse to undo an edit you disagree with is understandable, but I wanted to make sure you're aware that the edit warring policy disallows repeated reversions even if they are justifiable.

All editors are expected to discuss content disputes on article talk pages to try to reach consensus. If you are unable to agree, please use one of the dispute resolution options to seek input from others. Using this approach instead of reverting can help you avoid getting drawn into an edit war. Thank you. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 09:50, 5 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
