What should go in Wikipedia
[edit]Thanks for your contributions on the Blackwater (waste) article: [1], [2]. Unfortunately, they don't meet the idea of what Wikipedia aims to include. If you read WP:NOTHOWTO, you will see that the added content is a kind of tutorial or instruction guide that Wikipeida does not want to include. I hope that's not too discouraging.
