Hello! I'm reaching out to let you know I removed the large hatnote that you added at the top of the Eleusinian Mysteries article. The hatnote seems excessive when there is already an inline tag for a disputed claim; and the article in general is well sourced. If there are multiple disputed claims, take these specific issues to the talk page so that other editors will know what it is that you are disputing, and a consensus can be formed through discussion. The tagging did not explain exactly what is being disputed, so it was not helpful; this is sometimes called "drive by tagging." WP:DRIVEBY guidence states that: Adding tags for non-obvious or perceived problems—without identifying the problem well enough for it to be easily fixed—is frequently referred to as "drive-by tagging", particularly when done by editors who are not involved in the article's development. Please consider opening up a conversation on Talk, and add links to reliable sources to back it up. Thank you. Netherzone (talk) 15:29, 3 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
