The references lead to incorrect information. They changed their name from 'Cavaliers' to 'Town' in 2002 not 2001. Their honours won in the Hope Valley League according to the NCEFL's website is laughable... A Division champs 2002/03 - wrong! B Division champs 2001/02 - wrong! Dore Shield winners 2003/04 & 2004/05 - they've never won it! Roden Cup winners 2002/03 - wrong season, won it in 2001/02 as Dronfield Cavaliers! Chatsworth Cup winners 2001/02 - there is no Chatsworth cup in the HVL and never has been! Ciao, 23nico (talk) 17:14, 19 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

That's perhaps true but please can you provide a reference to the actual winners of the Hope Valley League titles and cups. Anything you add to Wikipedia must be WP:Verifiable – i.e. other editors must be able to check what you have added is true. If you cannot provide this, then the information is likely to be deleted. Okay, I've finally figured out how to add references to articles so have added a couple to the Hope Valley Amateur League page. No problem. If you could add references for the remaining seasons, that would be good. If you need any assistance with formatting, coding etc I am happy to advise. Hemsworth Miners Welfare F.C.[edit]
