No it is not OK to remove the article name from the lead paragraph and the infobox. But you already knew that, didn't you!

Please read Wikipedia:Neutral point of view. i.e. the purpose of Wikipedia is to provide a politically-neutral encyclopaedia. If you want to promote a political point of view, you are in the wrong place. Try Facebook or Twitter.
Please read WP:COMMONNAME. Wikipedia does not necessarily use the subject's "official" name as an article title; it prefers the name most commonly used by independent, reliable, English-language sources.

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address.
