[edit]Hi, please don't add flags to infoboxes, as you did to the articles on Egyptian cities. There is already a Wikipedia policy to avoid inserting flags in these locations, except for certain cases; see MOS:INFOBOXFLAG. Also, when making changes, please use the edit summary to explain what you're doing. Unexplained edits that aren't obvious improvements or corrections are more liable to be reverted by other editors. Thanks, R Prazeres (talk) 17:12, 7 May 2023 (UTC)
Hello, I'm DreamRimmer. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Parag Das, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! DreamRimmer (talk) 16:37, 8 May 2023 (UTC)
Please do not use styles that are nonstandard, unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in Arafat Minhas. There is a Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Thank you. Hamza Ali Shah Talk 10:17, 10 May 2023 (UTC)
Please stop adding unreferenced or poorly referenced biographical content, especially if controversial, to articles or any other Wikipedia page, as you did at Snehal Kauthankar. Content of this nature could be regarded as defamatory and is in violation of Wikipedia policy. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. DreamRimmer (talk) 11:20, 10 May 2023 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you violate Wikipedia's biographies of living persons policy, as you did with this edit to Puneet Issar. Yoshi24517 (Chat) (Online) 20:18, 10 May 2023 (UTC)
Regular reminder
[edit]Your regular reminder that:
- in limited-overs cricket 10 wickets have been taken in a match - in international limited-overs cricket to boot. Per the documentation for the cricketer infobox, we put 0, not n/a. None of the sources use n/a either. So stop being disruptive and changing this.
I'm sure I'll remind you again when you move to a different IP address. Blue Square Thing (talk) 21:47, 9 May 2023 (UTC)
- Seriously, you've been told this numerous times over multiple IP addresses. Stop doing it please. Blue Square Thing (talk) 10:00, 13 May 2023 (UTC)
- Fwiw there's also no need to abbreviate List A or Twenty20 if there are less than 3 columns in the stats table. Blue Square Thing (talk) 10:10, 13 May 2023 (UTC)
- Why exactly have I just had to trawl through your edits again to revert obvious editing against consensus - and consensus which has been explained to you multiple times iover multiple IP addresses? Edits such as this one clearly go against everything you've been told multiple times. Stop it please. I thought you'd begun to take these regular reminders on board. Clearly not. Blue Square Thing (talk) 19:47, 14 May 2023 (UTC)
You've also been told already to stop adding flags to infoboxes, yet you have continued to do so ([1], [2]). Since you've clearly ignored what editors have told you above, there is now plenty of reason to report you to the administrators' noticeboard if you don't stop immediately and start explaining yourself. I reverted your edits
[edit]Hi. I undid your edits to Punjab, India and Dehradun where you changed pie charts' colors but you didn't explain yourself. Feel free to restore your work but if you do, make sure to include edit summaries telling why you feel those changes are necessary. CityOfSilver 20:34, 12 May 2023 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
