Its defamation. What more do you want as a reason? You cant just say things just because someone writes a book about it. He was never charged, found guilty, or anything. No other person alledged they have been raped by him and he died before his name was ever dragged through the mud. Youre condemning a dead man and could possibly be posting lies.
