Yes, Blue Dog Democrats were/are supporters of the now "non-existent" middle class of America (See, two halves of America with split of high and low income earners). Middle class values have traditionally included: good schools for children, good jobs, progressive earnings and pensions, job security, value of skilled labor and managerial aspirations, higher education for the next generation, good homes and neighborhoods, "community values" (e.g., social clubs, parks and recreation, community events), and roots of "all politics are local". These values are within the Democratic Party as child care, community colleges (as free), "early childhood education" (preK), and Social Security and Medicare (with new expectations for health care). In many circles, these policies were called liberal, progressive and were extended to "lower income classes" in America. Middle class Americans defend their rights to freedom of speech and to freedom of living in this country; middle income Americans tend to vacation either at home (stayvacation) or travel on "vacation time" and plans for retirement. Unionization is directly related to rise of good treatment of workers (sweat houses within living history), and safety and benefits in America. 2603:7081:2000:3EF3:64F4:D0FE:7A53:FDDF (talk) 14:49, 5 July 2022 (UTC)JARacino2603:7081:2000:3EF3:64F4:D0FE:7A53:FDDF (talk) 14:49, 5 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that you recently added commentary to an article, Lysychansk. While Wikipedia welcomes editors' opinions on an article and how it could be changed, these comments are more appropriate for the article's accompanying talk page. If you post your comments there, other editors working on the same article will notice and respond to them, and your comments will not disrupt the flow of the article. However, keep in mind that even on the talk page of an article, you should limit your discussion to improving the article. Article talk pages are not the place to discuss opinions of the subject of articles, nor are such pages a forum. I understand that many people have strong opinions on sensitive topics such as this one, however Wikipedia needs to follow it's manual of style and needs to avoid opinions from entering articles. Please use the article's talk page in order to discuss the article. TheXug (talk) 14:58, 1 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
