Yes, edit warring IS disruptive. What ever is a big part of HIS life is completely immaterial. What matters for us is what he is known for, as verified by secondary sources. Your 20 Minuten link says only that he is "Projektleiter", which means nothing: he is not notable for that. He is notable as an Olympic swimmer, and what will not happen is you making the unverified, not-notable part of his life more important than what he's actually known for. Final warning.
