Hi, and welcome to Wikipedia and to the Yoga WikiProject. Thank you for your intention to improve the encyclopedia. We work entirely using reliably-cited sources. It may be as well when you are beginning as an editor to study existing articles closely to see how editing works; the text is supported throughout by citations to books and journal articles, and you can see how these are constructed if you look at the wiki source text behind the displayed text.
