Sanctionable Personal Attack on AfD page

IP user, please revert your comments you made on Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Nir Yitzhak massacre (2nd nomination). I don’t agree with the OP‘s opinion but they have a right (by the same first amendment you quote - which doesn’t apply here) to raise them in ways sanctioned by Wikipedia, which they have done. We then discuss our conflicting opinions politely and come to a consensus (which is the point of the first amendment - free debate to resolve differences). Your ad hominem attack on the OP who is acting in good faith is totally inappropriate and can be sanctioned in terms of WP:No personal attacks. If you don’t self revert these comments, I will take the comments to WP:AN/I where I’m sure an administrator will remove them and sanction you. I will copy this message to your talk page as well. Go back to the page. You can click the link in my message above:

1. Click the "View History" tab. Your three edits should appear just under my warning. On each line there should be an "(Undo)" link towards the end of the line.
2. Click "undo"
3. Go to the bottom of the page that appears
4. Enter the reason as "self revert"
5. Click "Publish changes"

It’s fine the comments have been removed from the page. I’ve asked an administrator to remove them from history as well. It’s good that you reverted the comments as it shows good faith on your part. But posting them in the first place was very inappropriate

I understand how emotional you feel. But Wikipedia is not the place to express those emotions. There are a huge amount of policies and guidelines regulating behavior here. If you can’t follow the rules there are other places you can express your feelings online.

if you want to continue editing here I suggest:

• Don’t edit anything significant for a while just lurk on the talk pages of articles you’re interested in and learn how things work. I did that for about 3 years before I start editing anything major (I was an interested user of Wikipedia) but a couple dedicated months should be sufficient
• During this period if you want something useful to do, be a WikiGnome — correct non-contentious spelling and grammar errors on pages as you come across them. This also helps you understand how the wiki text language works if you don’t already know
• Read and familiarize yourself with the 5 pillars of Wikipedia and all the policies and guidelines under them (open the boxes at the bottom of the page I linked here). Unless you follow these you’ll continually get into trouble.
• You may continue editing as an IP user, but I highly recommend you register a proper user name to edit with. It provides added security (you can track an IP user, but not a user name) and makes it easier to communicate amongst other benefit.
• Leave a message on my talk page or consult the Wikipedia:Teahouse (they’ll probably respond more quickly) if you have any questions.
