Hello. User:Safari_web was reported here and ultimately ended up being filed here. Believe me when I say Safari_web has already been looked at closely. My preliminary observations tell me that User:Drill_it has also been looked at and is a different long term abuse case. A common method for this type of user is find problematic IP addresses and follow them around. Sometimes they're right, sometimes wrong. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address.
