Hello. User:Safari_web was reported here and ultimately ended up being filed here. Believe me when I say Safari_web has already been looked at closely. My preliminary observations tell me that User:Drill_it has also been looked at and is a different long term abuse case. A common method for this type of user is find problematic IP addresses and follow them around. Sometimes they're right, sometimes wrong.
