Your , so you might receive messages on this page that were not intended for you.To have your own user pages, keep track of articles you've edited in a watchlist, and have access to a few other special features, please consider registering an account! It's fast and free. (Note: Sometimes, due to vandalism, you may be temporarily unable to register). Applying an indefinite block to this IP is not appropriate, unless it is a soft block, because the IP address will later be reallocated to a different, unrelated, and unsuspecting user, thereby impairing access to Wikipedia in an inappropriate fashion. Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking. The best approach is to determine the CIDR IP numerical address range and make a higher-level decision to soft-block the entire range. http://www.arin.net/ (for approximately North America) and related sites can help to identify that range. Caution is advised when applying a range block as other Wikipedians, both registered and otherwise, may be affected.
Review contributions carefully if blocking this IP address or reverting its contributions. If a block is needed, administrators should consider a soft block using Template:Anonblock. Network administrators, to monitor this IP address for vandalism, can subscribe to a web feed of this page in either RSS or Atom format. |

[edit]Hello, I'm Oshwah. I noticed that you recently removed some content from List of Donald Trump presidential campaign endorsements, 2016 with this edit, without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 13:03, 17 March 2016 (UTC)
- If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
I added the section soon after Cruz and Kasich suspended their campaigns. Primary and post-primary endorsements were being cobbled together in un-sorted order. Now that the two sections have been worked out by other contributors, I removed my explanation. You may remove the now redundant explanation if you wish. ~ Joseph Frontroyal
Mattis
[edit]I removed the information you added at James Mattis because the sources have no real validity. In the game of politics there are a lot of writers that right speculative stuff to fill up inches in a magazine or get clicks. It therefore has no validity and doesn't belong at Wikipedia. Encyclopedia are backward-looking reference works. Chris Troutman (talk) 15:04, 10 May 2016 (UTC)
Presidential speculation seems valid enough to include in a retired Marine's page. The same could be said of Mitt Rommeny. ~Joseph Frontroyal

[edit]Hello, I'm Fitindia. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —the one you made with this edit to List of Donald Trump presidential campaign endorsements, 2016— because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. I was the one who added the section in the rather confusing time in the immediate aftermath of the Indiana primary. I added the explanation to help users add their contributions to either primary or post-primary sections. Now that both sections are well-established, I removed the now-redundant explanation. ~ Joseph Frontroyal
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
