Adding of unsourced material and changing wording of sourced material

[edit]

The para in Battle of Loznica (1941) is sourced to Batanović (1964), loc=7. Just for clarity, are you saying that the material you are inserting is from that source? If so, provide a quotation on the article talk page to prove it. Or provide another reliable source for the added material and cite it when you insert it. Otherwise, any further edit-warring inserting unsourced material and making it appear to be covered by an existing citation will result in a block. This article is subject to discretionary sanctions as part of the ArbCom Eastern Europe case, and admins can take unilateral action to apply sanctions to any editor editing disruptively in such articles. I've provided the boilerplate alert below so that you have a chance to familiarise yourself with it. Thanks, Peacemaker67 (click to talk to me) 07:15, 4 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Battle of Loznica (1941) is covered by discretionary sanctions

[edit]

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in Eastern Europe or the Balkans. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.
