Mistaken[edit]

I was mistaken about the talk page. From my understanding, only the page owner can remove comments, not another user. I will not revert. Tutelary (talk) 11:35, 8 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I removed it because it was obviously the blocked editor logged out, so therefore block evasion. The editor's talk page access has been revoked because of abuse, and he cannot get around it by editing as an IP. (Which has just now been blocked.) BMK (talk) 12:14, 8 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address.
