To add to what's said above: Chiropractic is somewhat outdated and needs to be improved with updated surveys, etc as much of the article cites the early 00s or even 90s. But, I have no idea what you mean when you accuse the article of having a political bias. (Also, if you concern is that the article is too critical of chiropractic or too favorable to traditional treaments, wouldn't that make the article 'too conservative'?)
