That`s fine, there are on 223,485 connections left to use. On just this network, let alone the others on phone networks and D.U.N. accounts, it`s not going to be possible to block anyone as I have said before. You still don`t understand do you?. It will require a user with a high I.Q. to work it all out. Guys usong I.P. addresses will still haunt Wiki for years to come, you need a better way to block vandals. Do I make my point?

We understand the problem with IP-hopping vandals, yes, and there are various ways to deal with it - none of which is ideal, certainly, but protecting pages they attack is something that can help. Another approach is to indef block a vandal's main registered account, as yours has now been. But you still feel it`s o.k. to support others that do play games. I didn`t start this game, it was dumped on me from a great height. Having encountered great hostility from others who cannot see the big picture on Wiki, and who think only their comments are correct. You still don`t get it do you, I won`t be back to contribute, not after the level of abuse people have given me in the recent past, under the pretence of helping me with my editing. Most admins are so short sighted and inward looking, users need to be more seriously dealt with, forget the "carrot and stick", it doesn`t work. I was a pleasent well mannered contributor with over 10,000 satisfied business clients and many friends in the real world when I came here. I run web sites and organisations, I have dealt with the public since 1963. I have met every type of person there is to meet. There are a few here who hold themselves in high esteem. But underneath are just faking it for notariety. Do away with the badges and the self congratulations, it only breeds vanity. I will defend myself against all comers, ignorant or otherwise. I refuse to be bullied into compliance with a regime set up with good intent, but deluded as to its power in the real world. It neeeds to be more maturely set up if it is to be taken seriously in the adult world, a great idea but not able to handle the disruptive elements who only "edit" negatively. How long have you got to discuss the ills of this site?. I`m afraid I don`t have the luxury of time that you have. I`m making my point persistently in the strongest way left open to me. Suppression of anybodys free speech is not acceptable under the circumstances. People shouldn`t dish it out to me if they can`t take the response. Unblock the user 24.177.120.138 and let him talk his way out of the situation he is in. B.T.W., I am not normally a vidictive type of person but I made a specific execption for the user Simple bob based on his inappropriate editing and removal of content that was reliable, correctly cited (not by me). He has now calmed down a bit but still doesn`t like being brought to book, but enjoys doing it to new users. He still still has personal issues with me, I can`t stop him thinking the way he does, we all have our baggage. Luckily I have had a very peaceful and rewarding life as a self made man who overcame many obstacles to become independant. I rely on no one to live my life, I ask no one to do anything I wouldn`t do myself. I take the time to study my environment. I learn, research, experiment, build. I hate hospitals, don`t do doctors either. Now you know a bit more of the personality you are dealing with. I have nothing to hide, there are not many who can say the same.
