Accessible from the Talk Page of the article 'West Hartlepool War Memorial' via the 'Talk' that has been attached (presumably automatically, under the Wikipedia procedure) to the most recent edit of this page by myself, dated today 29 September, the above comment appears unfortunately to have no connection whatsoever with the subject matter that is in question. I regret that, after some years, I still know very little about Wikipedia techniques! If someone can explain this rather strange phenomenon (assuming it has any explanation whatsoever as distinct from being some form of technical error) I shall be much obliged.
