Sourcing of medical and health-related content on Wikipedia is guided by our medical sourcing guidelines, commonly referred to as MEDRS. These guidelines typically require recent secondary sources to support information; their application is further explained here. Primary sources (case studies, case reports, research studies) are rarely used, especially if the primary sources are produced by the organisation or individual who is promoting a claim.
The Wikipedia community includes a wide variety of editors with different interests, skills, and knowledge. We all manage to get along through a lot of discussion that happens under the scenes and through the bold, revert, discuss editing cycle. Edits to Short QT syndrome and Long QT syndrome

Thanks for your contributions to Short QT syndrome and Long QT syndrome. I reverted some of your edits, please don't be offended.

I undid your edits to Short QT as they need to be backed up by a reliable medical source. Wikipedia has a guideline for this that can be found at WP:MEDRS - in a nutshell, use high quality review articles or book chapters rather than primary sources or, in general, websites. The text that there already was cited to a source like this, if you have better information that can be backed up then feel free to add it back with a cite and a reason why that source is better.

I undid your edits to Long QT as the article concerns both the congenital and acquired forms of the syndrome and the acquired form can manifest at any age.
