At Dessert, in the lead, you replaced China with, of all things, Greece as an example of a place where desserts aren't common—and then you provided a source that holds forth on the wonders of desserts in Greece.
As for Cyprus, at first glance Northern Cyprus appears to be located on Cyprus, so, please, if you believe it's inappropriate at Cypriot cuisine, I'd ask that you begin the discussion to express your objections.
